We develop multiple conceptual options for the client to choose from. Once a design is finalized, it is followed by structural analysis, estimation, and realistic 3D renders. We then prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) that calculates every single item needed for the building along with our assigned rate to provide a transparent financial roadmap before construction begins.

Every detail is tracked and verified, from how long curing runs to whether rebar spacing matches the drawing exactly.
