Aakar wants to change this by stepping in before the purchase to ensure the client is not stuck with a "bad" site. When a client reaches out after acquiring a plot, we meet them at the site to conduct site measurements and perform a site analysis. During this meeting, we gather the client specific requirements to create a "Requirement Checklist".
